In the sunny daylight of the Streets of New Domino City, a Duelist with a bright red D-Wheel rode around. He had a stopwatch with him, in his hands, he seemed to be timing himself.. "Thirty seconds.. Woo.." he smiled as he saw the shining reflection of himself on his Duel Runner. He frowned. 'The Fortune Cup.. The Signers.. I must be ready for whatever Goodwin is planning..' he thought.

Aki was looking around the city when the sound of a D-Wheel pierced through the silent streets of New Domino City that was usually loud and obnoxious. If this was a D-Wheel to get her to safety, then she would take the ride, but she also knew that one of the Dark Signers had a D-Wheel, so in that case, she quickly hid behind a building that was capable of hiding her in the shadows and she waited for the rider to pass before she came out in the open again.

The D-Wheel Rider saw a shadow, lurking behind a building.. ".... W-Who's.. there?" he asked, mysteriously.

Aki heard the rider's voice and it definitely did not sound like anyone she knew. "Tell me who you are first." Aki replied, still behind the building.

Yusei began to walk, closer and closer, to this mysterious shadow.. This person sounded .. girl like. Yusei remembered this voice, he had heard it several times. It could not be Luca, for her voice was lighter. "I'm Yusei. Yusei Fudo, New Duel King and Holder of Stardust Dragon!" he sighed as he waited for the somewhat mysterious, what he thought was a, girl's response.

"Yusei?" Aki asked. "That name sounds familiar to me. I've dueled a Yusei and just by hearing 'Stardust Dragon', I know it's the same one, but it's not like two people have the same names, right?" I'm wondering if this guy is just impersonating Yusei. Aki thought. If he is, then I'll ask him questions and see if he really is Yusei.
"To make sure you're Yusei, I'll ask you some questions." Aki said. "Answer them right and I'll show myself to you. Answer them wrong and you better leave as quick as you can, got it?"

Rui walked along the street, her head in the clouds, trying to figure out what cards she should use for her deck. I gotta put that new card Kasan sent me in my deck, now that I've got it, I can use the rest. She was, of course, referring to the strongest monster set in her possession, the Metroid Prime, as well as it's later stages. With it, her deck only had one major problem left. What spells and traps to use.
Raise Dead was a given, as was Call of the Living Dead. So were the many support cards for her deck's central cards. Magic Capture would work well too.
"Where is Yusei from? Where was he originally born?" That question knocked Rui out of her trance. Yusei? The new Duel King? That was obvious And there was Yusei himself, talking to an ally way. "Where Yusei-san is from? That's an easy one, everyone knows Yusei-san is from the Satellite. It's all over the news."

"And do you know why?" Aki asked. She didn't even know the answers to her questions, but she was getting them. The two people that were answering had no idea that she was learning about Yusei.

(OoC: ok, you both are metagaming horribly, but I don't feel like getting into an argument over it, so I'll just join in the fun. X3 )
The immortals? Then the talking alley must be talking about... "The first Momentum controller?!" After Yusei had been named the Duel King, Rui had asked her mother to look up as much background info on him as she could. One thing led to another and eventually Rui had found about about the dark signers, both Momentum controllers, what really happened to the Satellite, even who Yusei's real parents were.
"Was that why Yusei-sama was sent to the Satellite?" Rui asked. If so, then that could answer many questions Rui had about, well, about a lot of stuff.
